The knowledge base consists of articles organized into sections.
You can navigate around the knowledge base in a number of ways.
- Use search.
- Use breadcrumbs. You will see breadcrumbs at the top as you navigate that show you where you are and let you go back to specific sections you have been in.
- Click on the BEAM icon to take you back to the home page for the Knowledge Base.
You can “Follow” a section to be notified when someone creates or updates an article in that section.
You can comment on an article or promote it if the article was helpful.
