You’re looking at the new BEAM Help Center. It is split into 2 parts – the knowledge base and the community forum. The knowledge base is open to all BEAM customers that have registered. The community forum is open to the public.
In the knowledge base, you can search for an article to learn the answer to your question. You can comment on an article and follow a section to be notified when someone creates or updates an article. If you can’t find an answer, you can always submit a request to an agent.
The community forum is where you share your own ideas, ask questions and provide answers. Questions and ideas are usually organized around a topic for discussion.
